Slight delay with production status

Hello everyone I hope the update finds you well.
Just a update to the production status for the Goetia, Tarot and Zodiac sets, unfortunately it will be delayed a week or 2, what I had planned for September shipping will most likely be October shipping due to what I am calling "the sage of the gas valve"
I originally planed to have this update after the sage was finished but sadly I just found out a few hours ago it continues on.
So about Thursday (cant remember if was Wednesday) of last week the metal melter was acting up a bit (chuffing or pulsating a bit) so we tried to adjust the air flow, and check for leaks, etc.. a lot of different troubleshooting steps and finally to move the melter to a different section of the workshop to try a different hookup in case it was the supply line or the regulator, since none of that changed anything I disassembled the gas valve to check for debris blocking a port etc and that seemed to do the trick all was well afterwards, great since by then it was late Friday and problem solved we called it finished until Monday.
Monday rolled around and the melter ran great and continued to run great until it was up to temperature and needed to shut off but it still wanted to run great and not stop, OK sounds like the solenoid is bad, probably was fluttering in the beginning and causing the pulsing but decided to give out when I cleaned it.
No problem I have a spare gas valve that I picked up along with an old melter for spare parts, but since this is "the sage of the gas valve" it cant end there
that spare gas valve must have got some moisture in it and spent the next 10 years corroding, so neither the valve nor the solenoid was usable. The saga continues
Not really a problem since we know it just needs a new gas valve, so I order one in and then everything seems to go smooth (smooth since I was just waiting for parts so nothing new), got the new valve put it on, aside from needing a couple different connections since old inlet and outlet was 1/2 inch and new was 3/4 inch it went on easy enough. oops spoke to soon the new connections change the location a small amount shouldn't normally be a problem but now the inlet pipe hits the pot leg and it wont be centered on the melting stand so spend some more time rerouting the inlet pipe. (told you it was a saga) but got it all rerouted and better than before.
Start up the melter and oops now it blew out the pilot flame when it started, after lots of adjusting still blows out the pilot but that's ok I can swap out the pilot assembly for one that's about 1/8 inch closer and that should help it stay lit.
After a bit of swapping (had to drill the bracket for larger mounting holes)
new pilot seems to not blow out, oops now the pilot gas tube connection is leaking (this tube is aluminum so it doesn't take much fiddling to cause a leak at the compression fitting) and since I have already shortened it a bit during this saga to fix an earlier leak caused by swapping the valve a few times I don't have much extra to mess with but a new fitting and
I get the leak stopped with no tubing to spare. pilot staying lit but will test it better the next day (this was Thursday next day was today) good thing I had ordered some more pilot tubing after I had to shorten it previously (will get it Monday)
Go on in today and pilot blows out every 3rd or 4th time(its still a saga), adjust the thermocouple to shied the flame a bit (the sensor that detects the pilot flame) and that helps but still blows out after 9 or 10 cycles, I will change the pilot orifice to a different size to stop the blowing out but don't want to cause a leak with the pilot tube until I get more tube on Monday.
Get home today and the pilot tubing is delivered early (things are looking up) what, things are looking up? this is a sage remember.
open the package to check it instead of just bringing it to the shop (when its becomes a saga you just know)
they sent me some automotive fuses instead of the tubing which means that it will be Wednesday until the tubing gets here, but will change the pilot orifice on Monday and hope for no leak.
This would make a great epic poem but since its late you have to settle for a haiku
No metal melting
It took a long time to fix
Hope it works Monday
To sum it all up it puts the project back a week or 2 but still not so bad since about 2/3rds of backers where 44 pentacles only and those rewards are already shipped.
There was a lot of smaller things that I left out of the sage since the major things where enough to make a large update.
Almost forgot some pictures
